He still looks gorgeous bruh 🤣. I actually liked it! It's raw and writing is questionable at times but what it does well it creating suspense. It keeps the audience at the edge of their seat and does not have any dead or boring moments, and does all that in a beautiful small-town mountain scenery of Canada. Although different it reminded me a little bit of one of the better part of Fargo episodes.
I applaud the straight-up character buildup and presenting the human dilemmas quickly and efficiently. So, sure this movie is not perfect, it could use a better special effects and I wouldn't mind a stronger ending, but overall it is entertaining and the director and actors do an excellent good job of carrying the story. I would recommend it dearly if you like suspense and inspiring sceneries please give this movie a look.

Hope there will be a third, love this franchise. First, it was watchable. Made it all the way through w/o the usual fast-forwards. BUT - sloppy directing, really bad editing, and stone-faced acting. The premise and area shooting carried it for me. Nice and misty murky feel, but as others have noted, the characters did not seem to make real-life decisions, and most were just too stoic (read: what do I do with that line. The twist at the end, in my opinion, wasn't realistic, and certainly the killer would have been caught long before in real life. Nevertheless, suspenseful and spooky enough to watch it through.
